Christopher is a licensed therapist with over thirty years of experience working with adults, children and families. He has worked as a Social Worker in the Western New York area helping parents and teachers best meet the needs of children and adolescents. He has worked in private practice for the past 14 years specializing in children, teens and women’s issues. Christopher lives in North Tonawanda, NY with his wife and two children. Christopher specializes in helping patients manage symptoms related to Anxiety and Depression. He is well versed in therapies such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and holds certification to practice Trauma Informed Therapy utilizing EMDR. Christopher also has extensive experience assessing and completing therapy with patients who struggle with addiction to mood-altering substances. Christopher graduated from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH and holds a degree in Social Science Administration with a concentration on Social Work with Children, Youth and Family's. Christopher was recently awarded the "Provider Recovery Award."
